HEDIS MY2025 medical record requests
As required by the NCQA and CMS, Point32Health will send HEDIS MY2025 medical record requests via mail to providers beginning in February 2026.

Reminder: Deadline to submit claims for Stride members
As a reminder, please submit claims for Stride members by Dec. 31, 2025. We will not accept claims after the claims runout date, as Stride has been discontinued.
