Scheduled weekend maintenance
As part of our commitment to ongoing improvement, we have been upgrading our systems. To minimize impact on you, we are performing this scheduled maintenance on the Point32Health provider website (www.point32health.org/provider) and our secure portal HPHConnect portal on the weekends. As a result, the Harvard Pilgrim provider website and HPHConnect will not be available starting at 8 p.m., Friday, June 13, 2025 through midnight, Sunday, June 15, 2025.
