Wellthy provides personalized support to help your family with the kind of care that happens outside of the doctor’s office. Wellthy care experts can take on any administrative and logistical tasks related to care, and help you navigate financial, medical, legal, in-home, housing, and social/emotional needs. Wellthy care coordination service is available to Point32Health colleagues at no additional cost.

Dependent care FSA

The dependent care FSA s a pre-tax benefit account used to pay for eligible dependent expenses not otherwise covered. The Dependent Care FSA funds can be used to pay for elder care, care of a disabled dependent and childcare for children under age 13 when they’re claimed as qualifying dependents.

For employees with annual salary of LESS than $70,000, Point32Health subsidizes Dependent Care FSA by providing the first contribution.

Adoption subsidy

Point32Health will reimburse colleagues up to $4,000 for qualified expenses directly related to the legal adoption of an eligible child. The lifetime reimbursement maximum for a family is $12,000.

Leave of absence & accommodations

The leave of absence program, administered by UNUM, provides approved time away from work for medical and/or personal reasons and accommodation support.

Unum accident insurance

Accident Insurance can pay money directly to you if you get hurt and need medical attention. The amount is based on your specific injury and treatment. It covers things like ER treatment, fractures, stitches and more. Contact UNUM to inquire further at 866-679-3054.

Bereavement

Bereavement leave is available to regular full and part time colleagues to grieve, attend a funeral and take care of matters associated with the death of a family member or immediate household member. The company recognizes that some employees may need additional time beyond what is stated above to grieve their loss. Any time needed greater than five (5) business days will require you to request a leave of absence. Note, if you are already on an approved continuous leave, you will not be eligible for bereavement.
