Caregiving takes a toll on one’s well-being, so Point32Health is offering Wellthy, a leading care coordination service, to colleagues. Wellthy is available to all colleagues, at no additional cost to you.
What is Wellthy?
Wellthy provides personalized support to help your family with the kind of care that happens outside of the doctor’s office. Their care experts can take on any administrative and logistical tasks related to care, and help you navigate financial, medical, legal, in-home, housing, and social/emotional needs.
How does it work?
Upon signing up, you are matched with a dedicated Wellthy Care Coordinator who will get to know your family’s unique situation, map out a care plan, advocate on your loved one’s behalf, and take on those tricky care tasks. With the hours that Wellthy’s support gives you back, you can focus on caring for yourself, too.
