Our Service Navigation Program

One of the most powerful ways we can improve health outcomes and help control costs is by collaborating with providers like you to advance integrated care. We introduced our one-on-one Behavioral Health Service Navigation program in early 2023 with the goal of connecting individuals seeking guidance on outpatient treatment options with the most appropriate clinical provider or program.

Ensuring timely access to outpatient care for members in need, the Behavioral Health Service Navigation program can also benefit Point32Health’s contracted partners by building up referral pipelines.

Point32Health’s Behavioral Health Service Navigation program is available to members of Tufts Health Plan and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care commercial plans, Tufts Health Public Plans, and Tufts Medicare Preferred plan.
