Mark Porter is senior vice president and chief accounting officer at Point32Health. In this role, he oversees accounting and financial operations, tax, billing, financial planning and procurement.
Mark has more than 25 years of experience in various finance functions, including accounting, planning and forecasting, expense management, investment and taxes. Prior to joining Point32Health, he served as chief financial officer at ConnectiCare. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of accounting and reporting, planning, controls, treasury and billing. Prior to ConnectiCare, he held several leadership roles at Cigna after beginning his career as a senior tax accountant at Price Waterhouse.
Mark serves on the Board of Finance for the town of East Granby, Conn., and the boards of Operational ABLE and JDRF Greater Connecticut and Western Massachusetts Chapter. He is a certified public accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and accounting from Northeastern University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
