Igniting the Power: Point32Health’s female executives share their perspectives
At Point32Health, 72% of our colleagues are female, 65% of our leaders are female and 27% of our colleagues are women of color.
As consumers, women make 80% of healthcare decisions, which is why it is vitally important within our organization to save space for female voices at the table, ensuring that diverse perspectives and lived experiences are prioritized as factors in our business decisions.
As a recent sponsor of the Boston Ad Club’s Women Leadership Forum, which centered on the theme “Ignite the Power,” two of Point32Health’s executive leaders, executive vice president and COO Katie Catlender and CLO Susan Kee shared their thoughts on how women’s voices, determination and empathy can influence culture, policy and business for the good of all.
