Who we are
This report describes how Point32Health, the parent company of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan and its affiliates, integrates good corporate citizenship in everything we do. Leading with products and services that are accessible, affordable and meet people where they are; focusing on business practices that promote environmental sustainability and prioritize people and their wellbeing; and engaging and acting in ways that are meaningful to our communities and our colleagues.
We are proud to be recognized nationally for positive social impact. In 2022, our company and foundation gave more than $15 million through grants, matching gifts, sponsorships, volunteer time, in-kind and other donations. Still, we know being a good corporate citizen means being relevant to communities, being centered in what matters to our region, and learning from those closest to the issues. We are inspired by community-led solutions that address health disparities and advance health equity for everyone. It is the most important work we do. In collaborations, we aim to accelerate the pace of health care innovation and improve health outcomes.
We understand that we don’t do this work alone. It is with gratitude and thanks to the many community organizations on this journey with us that we dedicate this report.
